TRH Software MP3 Split Join is a neat piece of software that allows you to both split and join any MP3 file. This includes MP3 audio files combined with SBR (Spectral Band Replication), also known as MP3Pro. You can join MP3 files with different sample rates, and MP3 with MP3Pro files, without any loss of quality and without enlarging the size of the resulting file.
MP3 Split Join allows you to load individual files or use any PLS or M3U playlist file to load full albums or any of your personal collections of audio tracks. Once the files have been loaded, you can arrange their order manually.
You are offered three different methods of splitting your files – by size, by number of resulting sections, or manually, using its new graphical interface that shows you a wave-form representation of the file, so that you can chose the places where you want to add cutting points. The other two methods automatically cut the chosen file either in the exact number of sections requested, or in smaller files with exactly the amount of Kb selected for each. You can customize the name of the output files and the way they will be indexed.
If what you need is to join a number of files into a bigger one, then you will have to select exclusively the files you want to join. MP3 Split Join will create an output file with either all the files that appear in the program window or with a fixed number of files, then creating as many files as needed until all the loaded files are processed. The order in which the files are joined will reflect the order in which the original files are arranged. |
